An insight into the differences between corporate governance of conventional banks and Islamic banks
Abstract
The objective of this paper is to give a clear picture on the differences between the corporate governance principles applicable to Islamic banks and conventional banks. It is hoped that this paper would help readers to comprehend the nature of both types of corporate governance principles.
